We manufacture to agreed specifications and inspect each batch. If something is not right, we will work with you quickly and fairly. This policy applies to B2B customers.
What qualifies as a defect
- Manufacturing issues outside industry tolerances (e.g., GSM deviation > 5%, severe weaving faults, wrong composition/width).
- Shade variance beyond approved lab dip or shade band.
- Confirmed finishing faults (e.g., unstable shrinkage after care according to spec).
Not defects: minor slubs typical to natural fibers, shade differences within tolerance, damage caused by improper storage/handling or end-use beyond specification.
Timelines
- Report window: within 7 calendar days from delivery.
- Evidence: clear photos, defect description, batch numbers/roll stickers, meter counts and, where relevant, test results.
Process (RMA)
- Email [email protected] with subject “RMA request” and the evidence above.
- We issue an RMA number and advise inspection steps. We may request retained samples or collect a roll for lab testing.
- If the claim is confirmed, we will replace the affected quantity or credit/refund its invoiced value — at Buyer’s choice.
Transport damage
Note visible damage on the carrier’s receipt at delivery and inform us immediately with photos. Keep packaging for inspection.
Customized items & cancellations
Customized production cannot be cancelled after loom allocation or dyeing start. We will inform you before such milestones.
Returns for convenience
Because goods are produced to order, returns without defect are generally not accepted. In exceptional cases and if resale is feasible, a restocking fee and freight may apply.
Liability
Our sole liability is as set out above and is limited to the affected quantity’s invoiced value. We are not liable for consequential losses (e.g., downstream production costs).
