How we deliver predictable quality
- Spec & sampling. We discuss GSM, width, weave and have lab dips back within 48–72h for common shades.
- Capacity booking. After shade approval and deposit, loom slots are reserved — you’ll see dates, not guesses.
- QC with evidence. Each batch ships with GSM, shrinkage and color fastness results. We keep retains for 12 months.
- Logistics. Weekly consolidated EXW Istanbul; we share roll photos and packing lists before pickup.
